When registering for leagues, coaching, tournaments, memberships, or events, you agree that:

• Fees must be paid by the required deadlines
• Participation may be refused or cancelled if information is false or incomplete

ETT reserves the right to refuse registrations at its discretion.

All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments for memberships, coaching, leagues, tournaments, or merchandise may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Refunds may be granted:

• If an event is cancelled by ETT
• In exceptional circumstances approved by management
• According to Australian Consumer Law obligations

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

All players, parents, coaches, officials, volunteers, and spectators must behave respectfully and professionally. The following behaviour may result in suspension or removal:

• Abuse or harassment
• Violence or threats
• Discrimination or bullying
• Damage to property
• Unsafe behaviour
• Unsportsmanlike conduct

ETT reserves the right to investigate incidents and take disciplinary action where necessary.

Participants acknowledge that table tennis and sporting activities involve physical activity and inherent risks. By participating, you agree that:

• You are medically fit to participate
• You participate at your own risk
• You will follow safety instructions and venue rules

Parents or guardians are responsible for minors participating in programs or competitions. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ETT is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages arising from participation except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

ETT may capture photos and videos during training, leagues, tournaments, and events for:

• Website content & social media
• Marketing and promotions
• News and media coverage

By participating, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify us in writing. For participants under 18 years old, parental or guardian consent may apply.

Our website may include links to third-party websites, sponsors, or services. ETT is not responsible for:

• Third-party content or privacy practices
• External products or services
• Website availability

Users access third-party websites at their own risk.

We aim to keep website information accurate and updated; however, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Schedules, player information, event details, and pricing may change without notice.

To the extent permitted by law:
